Please refer to the guidelines provided in the scouting manuals for the coming cooking badge assessment. There will be assessment both theory and/or practical, written and/or interview as well as assessment based on individual and/or group based on the guidelines provided.
The primary medium of the assessment shall be English. We do not object the usage of Bahasa Malaysia in attempting the assessments.
The assessment shall include but not limited to the following terms and conditions for cooking and preparation method:
Steam
Boil
Fry
Stew
Grill
BBQ
Slice
Chop
Dice
Peel
Grind
Grate
Mince
Mixing
Marinating
Beating
Salting
Sugaring
You may be also asssessed on ingredient and menu planning. Please ensure you understand the above terms and the practicality side of it.
